Fundraising
Keeping the cost as low as possible for families, is part of the Very Inclusive Play Club's ethos. Families only pay what they can afford to, so that cost is never a barrier to accessing the VIP Club.
We are so lucky to have Lesley fundraising for the VIP Club.
Lesley is a founding member of Edinburgh Charity Kindred, based at the RHSC, providing advocacy, and emotional support to families of children with complex needs. She is the proud parent of David, now 37, who has Pachygyric Lissencephaly and who is supported by the Thistle Foundation. She lives locally to Bridgend Farmhouse, and is a Trusts and Foundations Fundraising Consultant and member of the Chartered Institute of Fundraising.
Lesley became involved in the VIP Club following a chance meeting with Leanne in a local park, and now raises funds for us as a volunteer, which she says is,
"a delight to get to see the amazing progress of all our brilliant VIPs, and a labour of love!"

Lesley works hard to make sure that the children have the right equipment, activities and opportunities together, and their parents only pay what they can afford to join the groups, with some events taking place completely free of charge.

We are so very grateful for everything that Lesley does for the VIP Club.
